Research On Construction Of Campus Sports Culture In Zhengzhou

As an important part of the development for higher education,the cultural construction of university campus sports not only guides the development direction of university sports work,but also shoulders the mission of building a positive and healthy campus sports cultural atmosphere.Positive and healthy campus sports culture on one hand can cultivate students exercise habits,and on the other hand can make them have a deeper understanding of sports culture to create the good consciousness of lifelong sports.Therefore,the study of the university campus sports culture has a very strong realistic significance.Under the premise of clarifying the relevant concepts and then adopting the method of literature material,questionnaire survey,field observation,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other methods,the paper uses the regional characteristics of Henan Province as the combination point and contacts the physical reality of the universities in Zhengzhou from the geographical and cultural characteristics to carry on the investigation and study of university campus sports cultural construction present situation of 10 universities,including Zhengzhou University,which are located in Zhengzhou city area.Then after the analyzing the survey results and the observational facts,the paper draws the conclusions as follows:1.With the development of the society and the growing attention on education,the cultural construction of university campus sports in Zhengzhou is forwarding in small steps.However,there are some problems existed,and compared with other provinces and universities,there is also a gap in present development of campus sports culture.2.Because of the relocation of most universities and the different situations and different campus cultural atmosphere characteristics of every university,most colleges and universities at present are lack of relative stability and common trait of campus sports spiritual culture,and they also have a long way to go in the improved and healthy sports spirit cultural development.3.University campus sports system is not perfect and not science.The teaching mode is rigid.In addition,there is no respective scientific and standardized and rational sports system.Although sometimes it copies the implementation of national sports rules and regulations,but due to the problem of execution,the effect will be greatly reduced and could not get good implementation.There are still defects in cultural construction of sports system in university campus.4.To part of schools in Zhengzhou,there is a shortage of resources for running the schools and the campus sports material cultural construction is relatively backward.At the same time,for some universities,there is a wide gap between the insufficient number of campus sports facilities and an increasing number of teachers and students.It also affects the community sports activities.In addition,graph and text data is not updated and improved timely,which can not fully reflect the current trends in the development of sports and is unable to meet the sports material and common sense needs of teachers and students.And the university campus material culture construction is relatively weak5.The students don't know what are sports activities and their purpose of participating the sports activities is fuzzy,which lead to their low enthusiasm.The majority of students take part in sports and cultural activities just to cope with the assessment of compliance and the attendance,so they cannot have a deep understanding of the sports culture from the two aspects of the life philosophy and the utility function.6.In the process of cultural construction of university campus sports,the students don't have high enthusiasm for attending the school sports activities and they are lack of independent consciousness.According to the results of the paper and the requirements of the cultural construction of university campus sports as well as combined with the unique cultural heritage of Henan province and the actual situation of the colleges and universities,the paper proposes to strengthen the cultural construction of university campus sports and to provide reference for the development of campus sports culture.
