As it was pointed out in the latest round of elementary educationcurriculum reform, the teaching process is the process of mutualassociation and mutual development between teachers and students;teaching should start with students’life world and their existingknowledge background and provide students with sufficient opportunitiesin cooperation and communication. Cooperative learning, as well asinvestigative learning, inquiry-based learning and discovery learning,is becoming a kind of important learning mode advocated in the latest roundof curriculum reform. Researching on the practical operation of TeamCooperative Learning Mode in real classrooms and putting it into teachingpractice is of great practical significance to the boost of our nation’seducation teaching reform.The basic method adopted in this research is action research, theprocesses of which are: putting forward the basic notion and conceptionof “One-Three-Six” Team Cooperative Learning Mode on the basis ofdocument researches; adopting ‘action research’ method to fulfill athree-round action researches in teaching practice with the support ofrelated theories in cooperative learning and action research; each roundof action research fulfilled according to four basic procedures--“Plan”,“Action”,“Observation” and “reflection”.In the action research, various methods like observational method,questionnaire method and interviewing method have been adopted to obtainresearch data and analyze the research data. The achievements of the action research are as follows:(a) having structured and perfected“One-Three-Six” Team Cooperative Learning Mode;(b) having structuredand perfected the evaluation mechanism of “One-Three-Six” TeamCooperative Learning Mode;(c) having concluded the applicationprocedures of “One-Three-Six” Team Cooperative Learning Mode underdifferent classroom environments like giving New Lessons, Review Lessonsand Staged Summary Lessons.Research findings:“One-Three-Six” Team Cooperative Learning Mode,which can obviously improve the quality of cooperative learning and hasa more obvious effect in stimulating students’ learning initiative,developing students’ cooperative learning ability, enhancing theaffective interaction between students and the affective interactionbetween teachers and students, as well as strengthening studentscomprehensive qualities, is a kind of learning mode which is worthcontinuously researching and perfecting.However, this research only focused on the physics subject in gradenine and the research time was limited. The universality of this learningmode is to be researched in future. Under the promotion of the researcher,now the school, where the researcher works, has already implemented theapplication experiments of “One-Three-Six” Team Cooperative LearningMode all over the school. Through constantly exploratory research, webelieve that this learning mode is sure to be universally suitable forany subjects and students in various grades, and will be promotedeventually.
