Cooperative learning is a teaching strategy advocated by the new curriculum reform in our country.It makes reasonable use of the cooperation between teachers and students,especially between students,and has achieved remarkable results in improving students' learning methods,enhancing students' sense of responsibility,cultivating students' cooperative consciousness and ability,and effectively improving students' cognitive level.Our country began to introduce cooperative learning into classroom teaching in the early 1990s and tried effective operation mode,but no mature theory and efficient operation mode have been formed.This paper uses the methods of action research,questionnaire and interview to conduct a semester-long study on a normal class of 50 senior high school students in an ordinary high school in dancheng.In the course of the action,problems were found and countermeasures were put forward continuously.The plan was reviewed and perfected.The following conclusions were drawn from the analysis of academic achievements,interview records and questionnaire results.First,effective group cooperative learning mode can stimulate students' interest in mathematics learning.Second,effective group cooperative learning mode can improve students'mathematics academic performance.Third,effective group cooperative learning mode can enhance students'cooperative awareness and ability.Furthermore,the following suggestions are put forward for high school mathematics classroom group cooperative learning;teachers should improve their professional knowledge accomplishment,classroom organization and management ability,and scientific research awareness.On the part of students,they should maintain good study habits,improve cooperation awareness and skills,and form the quality of assiduous study.As for the school management,it is "appropriate for the school system" to avoid rote learning,to strictly control and perfect the system,and to listen to teachers' suggestions through collective wisdom.
