Cooperative learning, conducted in small groups, is a teaching methodology with the aim to foster students to reach the best learning results through cooperation. Specifically speaking, it is a particular form of cooperation on cognition, emotion, skills and actions in teaching and learning process. It will not be called a cooperative learning without any one of the four mentioned above. Therefore, cooperative learning is a kind of teaching approach, or so to speak a teaching form .Cooperative learning is of great value in teaching researches and experiment and it is much earlier abroad than in China, where the study is in the primary stage practically and became mature theoretically in 2006. However, a great amount of research is required before the spread of this particular teaching form.In this paper, the author mainly discussed the practical use of cooperative learning on the basis of its very definition, background, significance and present study. On the problem of grouping, the author analyzed and studied on the group numbers, specific methods and possible troubles. On the issue of group construction, the author suggested adopt a way in human resource management combining traditional cognitive approach and behavioral approach , which is quite effective to rebuild and form the students'thinking ability and group spirit. On the assessment, it conducted the expected supervision in organizing, but on the other hand, reasonableness of score for every learning layers made only by my own experience needs to be further discussed. At last, this paper provided the reason for this case study on cooperative learning and the problems existed on the basis of the analysis on the rise and success of cooperative learning.The main characteristic of this paper is to adopt the construction of team spirit in human resource management to the practice of educational study and the teaching organization with the emphasis on humanization and the development of students'personalities.
