Today in the 21st century, the society is continuous rapid development, have good team consciousness has become an indispensable part of the people in modern society basic literacy. If people are not able to very good cooperation with others, not to their own advantage with others, cannot shoulder responsibility and abide by the laws and regulations, so he will not be able to meet the requirement of social development, in the age of the students, so it is practical and the cultivation of students' team consciousness,and the best from the early, let them in progressive constantly improve the level of team consciousness. As part of the school education teaching, sports teaching is to develop students' physical quality, improve the social adaptation ability, enhance the influence of students' mental health is the most effective means. Traditional sports teaching is more pay attention to student's physical quality development, cultivate the students' sports skills and methods. The group cooperative learning is a brand-new teaching mode, to cultivate the students' cooperation consciousness, competition consciousness,responsibility consciousness, sense of discipline. At present in the various disciplines teaching is accepted by the masses of teachers, but its effect on the cultivation of the sports team consciousness in classroom, elementary school physical education teachers to be appointed for the first time I was unknown. Through literature retrieval can be found that the subject of cooperative learning application research, experimental research,practical research articles have a lot of, but not involved in the practice of team consciousness study, cooperative learning group in theory must be able to promote the cultivation of the students' consciousness of team, but with geometric, also need to study through the experiment.This article takes sports group cooperative learning in the classroom on the cultivation of team for elementary school students as the research object, using the experimental method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method to student's student team consciousness through analyzing the change before and after the experiment, through the experiment validation group cooperative learning this learning mode for primary school students cooperation consciousness, competition consciousness,responsibility consciousness, discipline consciousness to cultivate practical impact, at the same time, enrich the teaching of physical education teachers in training students' team consciousness in the process of teaching methods. From on the other hand also shows that this group cooperative learning in physical education class teaching mode to cultivating students' team consciousness is practicable, it is worth the general physical education teachers in physical education teaching process according to the actual situation of the targeted to cultivate students' consciousness of team, it can not only better exercise the students' physical quality, promote the all-round development of students,also can improve the physical education class teaching efficiency.
