Social software is a series of application software of the developmentin the web2.0, with the characteristics of individualization and socialization, which hasbeen widely used in people’s work,study and entertainment. At present, the work ofcontinuing education of primary and middle school teachers has achieved remarkableresults, but there are still many problems that not allow to ignore in implementationprocess.With the development of education informationization, the problem ofinformation-based learning environment increasingly prominent, affecting the effects ofteacher training seriously and restricting teachers professional development, so to solveit has become anurgent matter.Social software can be built to the individual centeredlearning environment, which can meet the needs of the learners personalized learningand easily realize communication, sharing and collaboration with each other, so thesocial software was applied to continuing education of primary and middle schoolteachers, not only to solve problems existing in the informatization in the teachers’continuing education learning environment, and be able to build information-basedlearning environment more in line with the characteristics and needs of the teachers’continuing education.First of all, through the literature research this paper systemic combs the origin anddevelopment of social software, deep analyses its definition and characteristics, and onthe basis of summarization the classification and educational function of social software,draw a conclusion that it is to provide learning platform, builde a learning community,aggregate learning resources, manage knowledge, stimulate the study motive andpromote the development of teachers ecological development.Secondly, it mainly adopts questionnaire investigation from the teachers’information literacy, the current situation of the use of social software, expectations of social software and so on to analysis the feasibility of the use of social software incontinuing education of primary and secondary school teachers, concluded that primaryand secondary school teachers have certain information literacy and the ability to usesocial software, and it was looking forward to be used in teacher training.On the basis offeasibility analysis, in combination with Pearson bivariate correlation analysis to digdeeper into the important factors that affect middle and primary school teachers usesocial software, concluded that learners to cognitive level, learning attitude and learningmotivation of social software was key factor affecting the effects of using socialsoftware, which is particularly significant correlation between learning attitude andmotivation.Then, it constructs a teacher’s personal learning model based on social software byInterpretative Structural Modeling under the guidance of constructivist learning theory,learning community and knowledge management, which includes five steps:(1)Comprehensive teaching theory, insturctional system design and science educationalcommunication to combine teaching factors by kj, which is to determine the keyelements for the model;(2) According to the logic relation of key element to establishsystem elements table and draw the directed graph;(3) Establish adjacency matrix, andcalculate reachability matrix which need to satisfy the conditions (A+I)K-1≠(A+I)K=(A+I)K+1=M;(4) Use to reachability set, Antecedent set and intersection toHierarchical decomposition for reachable matrix, obtained Each layer diagram;(5)Based on the modeling idea to modify and improve Analog model.Finally, based on " national training plan " multimedia equipment training guidingideology and goals to design TPLMBSS trainingcase from preparation, implementationand result for the training separately, concluded that TPLMBSS can guarantee teacherstraining training time, improve the training content targeted, be flexible to choosetraining model, aggregate of high quality resources and optimize the training appraisalway in primary and secondary school teachers.
