Eastern And Western Region Two Comparative Study View Local Normal Colleges And Universities Students

View of employment of graduates between South China Normal University andSichuan Normal University was analyzed in this paper. I treated the view ofemployment of graduates in South China Normal University as that of represent ofgraduates in local normal university in eastern region of China. I also treated the viewof employment of graduates in Sichuan Normal University as represent of graduates inlocal normal university in western region of China.. Through comparative analysis，this study suggests that the career outlook of the eastern and western regions of LocalTeachers College Students in a certain extent， some of the same points， like mostcollege students can be more accurate understanding of the current employmentsituation， but most of them not in-depth understanding of employment policy. Mostcollege students on their schools and professional satisfaction is not high， the majorityof Graduates Psychology there are still some problems. But also obvious demonstrationof the great differences， mainly in: graduation whereabouts， career， geographic，industry type and nature， the personal entrepreneurial attitude， as well as theperformance of the "first employment after careers. This study suggests that the mainreason for these differences students factors， including the values and self-awareness；social factors， including social imbalance of regional economic development， socialimperfect system， the traditional concept of society and social reality in unhealthypractices； school factors， including school education institutional structures andschool employment guidance and services；family factors，including family economicconditions，family educational background，and family and social relations. The studyof this difference for the correct guidance to local reality Normal University Students to establish the correct career outlook has practical significance.This study suggests that the current situation， this study on behalf of the tworegions is reflected due to the economic development of the western region behind anumber of reasons， Western Region Local Normal College Students more severeemployment situation， guide college students to establish correct career outlook hasprofound significance.
