The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among the cognitive emotion regulation, the positive psychological capital and the primary and middle schools teachers’ job burnout. And provide some advice about it.We made a questionnaire survey of253primary and middle schools teachers of Shandong and Tianjin to investigate two questions. First, the burnout status quo of the primary and middle schools teacher, the extent of cognitive emotion regulation they have achieved, and the level of their positive psychological capital. Second, the correlation among the cognitive emotion regulation, the positive psychological capital and the primary and middle schools teachers’ job burnout. We use regression analysis to investigate that the cognitive emotion regulation and the positive psychological capital can the job burnout of primary and middle schools teacher. And we investigate the Moderating Effect of positive psychological capital between the cognitive emotion regulation and the primary and middle schools teacher’s job burnout by the same way.The results indicate that the cognitive emotion regulation and the positive psychological capital both are negative correlation with the job burnout of primary and middle schools teacher. And they can forecast it well. There are Moderating Effect of positive psychological capital between the cognitive emotion regulation and the primary and middle schools teacher’s job burnout.This study shows that:Teachers’ job burnout is widespread. Emotional regulation skills training and positive psychological capital building can relieve the primary and middle schools teacher’s job burnout effectively.
