【 Objective 】 : Investigating the current situation of high school teachers’ professional happiness;Have a knowledge of the characteristics of high school teachers’ emotional work, psychological capital and professional happiness;To explore the high school teachers’ emotional work and the influence of psychological capital on professional happiness;To explore on the impact of psychological capital in emotional work on professional happiness intermediary role. 【Method】:Uses”primary and secondary school teachers’ emotion capital questionaire”designed by Liu Yi, “primary and secondary school teachers’ emotion work questionnaire” designed by Liu Yanlin as well as” high school teachers’ occupational well-being questionaire” designed by Liu Yinli to investigate some of the primary and secondary school teachers in Hunan province with questionnaire. By dealing with data through in descriptive statistics,correlation analysis of variance,regression analysis and path analysis of structural equation model from SPSS 17.【Results】: High school teachers in the professional income differences on happiness, show that a higher income, higher vocational happiness;Teachers’ professional happiness has significant differences in the different gender, male professional overall well-being than women;Different degree high school teachers’ professional happiness have significant differences, record of formal schooling, the higher the professional happiness;(2) high school teachers’ emotional work of psychological capital and can be used to predict career happiness;(3) can be used to predict high school teachers’ psychological capital on professional happiness;(4) high school teachers’ psychological capital through emotion work is intermediary role for professional happiness. 【Conclusion】: we can improve high school teachers’ occupational well-being through several aspects: improve the income level psychological capital and emotional work strategy.
