By investigating the current situation of primary and middle school teachers' professional happiness,have a knowledge of the characteristics of primary and middle school teachers' cognitive emotion regulation,psychological capital and professional happiness;To explore the primary and middle school teachers' cognitive emotion regulation and the influence of psychological capital on professional happiness;To explore cognitive emotion regulation's effect on professional happiness was affected by the intermediary effect of psychological capital.By using the cluster sampling method,questionnaire surveys were conducted among a sample of 730 primary and middle school teachers from 9 schools.Finally,705 questionnaires were collected and the recovery rate was 96.7%.The detailed arrangement of survey data deleted invalid questionnaires,690 valid questionnaires remaining.Use “Reliability and Validity of the cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire-Chinese Version”,“Psychological Capital questionnaire” designed by Zhang Kuo as well as “Teachers' occupational well-being questionnaire” designed by Liu Yinli to investigate some of the primary and middle school teachers in Henan province with questionnaire.Statistics methods include descriptive statistics,correlation analysis of variance,regression analysis and path analysis of structural equation model from SPSS 21.0.Primary and Middle School Teachers' Professional Happiness has significant difference in gender,female teachers relatively higher(t=-1.98,p<0.05);Primary and Middle School Teachers' Professional Happiness varies significantly in whether they are a teacher in charge of a class,a teacher in charge of a class is relatively lower(t=-3.32,p<0.01);Primary and Middle School Teachers' Professional Happiness varies significantly in the marital status,the married lower than the unmarried(p<0.05).(2)Primary and Middle School Teachers' cognitive emotion regulation can be used to predict the psychological capital and professional happiness.(3)Primary and Middle School Teachers' psychological capital can predict professional happiness.(4)In this research,psychological capital acts as an intermediary role between cognitive emotion regulation and professional happiness.Demographic Variables have a significant effect on professional happiness.Cognitive emotion regulation affects professional happiness significantly through the intermediary factor of psychological capital.Adaptive emotion regulation has a positive influence on professional happiness,but non-adaptive emotion regulation has a negative influence on it.
