Instructional design is an organizational planning about every link of teaching. At the age of the information, it’s a new requirement to mathematics education that mathematics teaching design should be based on information technology and students’learning. To study it, helps enrich the teaching of mathematical methods; help to improve the students’learning effect; to guide teachers and students in the teaching activities has important practical significance.First of all, the study discusses the topic selected background and research significance, then "information technology","student learning" and "instructional design" as the breakthrough points, the study has carried on the literature review, reviewing research history and current development at home and abroad. Secondly, core concepts are defined, and "system theory","TPACK knowledge" and "mathematical multiple representation" are regarded as the theoretical foundation of the research; Through expert recommendation and on parts of the teachers’interview, it selected the case study analysis, combing with the "best class evaluation standard of national middle school young teachers of mathematics (revised edition)" proposed "based on information technology and students’learning of mathematics curriculum teaching design standard" hypotheses. On these bases, consults information technology and mathematics teaching experts’opinion and corrects some hypotheses. Finally, the study constructs teaching design standard which are based on information technology and students’learning of mathematics curriculumUsing literature research, case analysis and expert interview method, through theoretical research and empirical research, ultimately the study comes to a conclusion that is based on information technology and students’learning of mathematics curriculum teaching design standard. This standard includes seven parts:teaching material analysis, student analysis, teaching objectives, teaching emphases and difficulties, teaching strategies, teaching process, teaching evaluation; Under each link, there are specific standards, a total of26items, that is3items of teaching material analysis,3items of student analysis,3items of teaching objectives,3items of teaching emphases and difficulties,3items of teaching strategies,8items of the teaching process,3items of teaching evaluation.After the study, the understandings based on information technology and the students study of mathematics curriculum teaching design are following:(1) Mathematics teaching design is the forerunner of mathematics teaching activity;(2) Information technology operation ability is mathematics teaching design technology guarantee;(3) Promoting student learning is the fundamental aim of mathematics teaching design.
