Alteration of student learning approach as the core issue of the reform of new course for middle school student has been generally focused on. Change of student studying way can directly affect the process of teaching, also can be taken as the basis for teaching approach reformation and evaluation approach.Setting selective course is a important measure for altering student studying way, according to the variety of original level, self development direction and learning requirement of different student, stimulate Potential ability and promote the selection of course, consequently can make a better study condition and wider space for development, promote the growth of personality and specialty.This thesis, integrating the reforming conception, analyzes the affection of multi-media for the alteration of learning approach from three aspects:resource developing implementation process, result evaluation, thereby help students to establish the studying way of exploring self-decision and cooperation. Therefore, contrast experiment is adopted for the research of the effect of multi-media in biology teaching. Questionnaire investigation is also used to take the LPQ of students before and after the experiment. Meanwhile, SPSS software is employed to take the variance analysis for academic and investigation result. Analysis results reveal that there is an apparent difference (P<0.05) in learning approach before and after the experiment.
