Since the new curriculum evaluation standard has been put forward, many people pay more attention to the educational evaluation theory. The writing comment is playing an important role in the teaching of primary school’s writing. The writing comment is the bridge for both teachers and students to communicate, which can motivate the students’enthusiasm for writing and improve their writing ability.The paper analyzes the writing comments of5primary schools in Tian Jin by means of qualitative research and using many effective methods comprehensively, such as interview method, literature method, case analysis method. The paper chooses students and teachers from1rural and1urban school to talk about their ideas on the form, content of the writing comments and the relation between the students’writing and writing comments. Then the research draws the conclusion and gives some advice.There are five parts divided in this paper. The first part is used to presented questions, which includes research background, research problems and research meaning. The second part is the literature review and the theoretical basis, consisting of the concept, contents, categories, functions, problems and corresponding measures of the writing comments. The third part discusses about the research design, having four sections such as definitions of related concepts, research train of thought, research objects and research methods. The fourth part are the results and the analysis of the research. By interviewing the students and teachers and analyzing the writing, I know their ideas on the form, content of the writing comments and the relation between the students’writing and writing comments. Then the research analyses the cause of these problems. The fifth part moves on to the conclusions and suggestions of the research. The conclusions are:(1) The rural middle-aged teachers have more problems on the standardization of the writing comments.(2) The urban young teachers write less slide writing comments.(3) The teachers of rural school write more writing comments of "humanism" and "article" separated.(4)The young teachers’ comments rarely meet the needs of the students.(5) The teachers of rural school have less guidance in the writing comments. Based on the analysis, the research puts forward some advice. The suggestions include:(1) The rural middle-aged teachers should improve the knowledge.(2) The urban young teachers should have chance to practice writing.(3) The teachers of rural school should let the writing comments be of emotion.(4) The young teachers should introduce some methods of writing.(5) The teachers should communicate with each other about the experience of writing comments. For the students:(1) Students should pay attention to the writing comments.(2) Students should learn more knowledge.
