China’s higher education had a transition from elite education to popular Era. Theattendant problem is the employment of college students, and their employmentproblem has got the social attention. In the face of the current grim employmentsituation, how is the present situation of the contemporary college students’ employmentconcept? What are the new changes? What are the problems? What is the cause of theproblem? How to carry out education of contemporary college students’ employmentconcept? In order to guide the contemporary College Students to establish a correctconcept of employment, this paper attempts to discuss the contemporary collegestudents’ employment situation and the existing problems, and then puts forward thecountermeasures.This paper contains five parts.The first part is about prolegomenon. The author introduces the background andsignificance of the topic, summarizes the existing research on this topic at home andabroad, conceives the basic methods of this study, explores the main innovation pointsof this study.The second part is about the contemporary College Students’ views on employmentand its education. The author adhere to the Marx’s Epistemology, follow human’scognitive law, based on the positive research achievements of others, clearly explainsthe concept of employment, college students employment concept and connotation ofeducation of College Students’ employment view, the contemporary college students’employment view education as a system to study, and summarizes the evolution historyand education China’s college students employment concept, providing a theoreticalbasis for this study.The third part is about investigation and analysis of current situation ofcontemporary college students’ employment concept, and it’s a breakthrough of thispaper. The author adopts the method of questionnaire, stratified sampling,600undergraduates of6universities in Chongqing, from three dimensions of employment,employment, employment cognitive affective volitional quality, the empirical researchon the employment situation, college students employment outlook for statisticalanalysis, and then draw the status of contemporary college students’ employmentconcept, including positive changes and the existing problems, provide the empiricalbasis for this study.The fourth part is about analysis of the causes of contemporary college students’view of employment problems of fourth part, and it’s the key to this paper. According tothe internal and external causes of the dialectical relationship, analysis of contemporarycollege students’ employment problems, the reasons and social reasons, family reasons,the countermeasures of the more targeted.The fifth part is the research on educational strategies employment outlook ofcontemporary college students, and it’s the foothold of this study. The author carries onthe in-depth research from four ways, namely, the students’ self education, strengtheningthe social environment, the transition of family values on employment education; puts forward specific countermeasures of education of College Students’ employment view,thus enriching the college students’ employment, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurshipeducation and employment guidance theory in theory, but also beneficial to thedevelopment of the theory of Ideological and political education.
