The dilemma of ant tribe's life which lead to research the problem of employment in voca-tional education and entrepreneurship education.The phenomenon of ant tribe is the backward problem of current China's educa-tion, the imperfection of employment education highlight the problem of employment in current university students, ant tribe trigger us to analyse the relationship of dif-ference of urban-rural dual structure which fact and higher education. This tribe is young and energetic, also they are full of dreams, meanwhile play a key role in society, which is the research object of university students' employment problem.
