Chinese universities have begun to recruit excellent student-athletes since 1986 in order to set up their own high-level sports teams.Since its establishment,the high-level sports teams in universities have continuously improved the training management system and the management level,accumulated rich training experience,and achieved excellent results,which have made important contributions to the cultivation of reserve talents of competitive sports in China.As a microcosm of national development,the high-level sports teams of universities in Shenyang have typical characteristics.This study carried out research deeply on the training management of high-level sports teams in Shenyang universities and put forward corresponding improvement countermeasures,which provided references for the optimization of the training management of high-level sports teams in Shenyang and other universities and colleges across the country.In this study,the literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods have been used.This study applies the total quality management theory and system management theory to deeply analyze the status and problems of high-level sports teams' management in Shenyang in order to explain systematically the factors that influence the training management and put forward the countermeasures of high-level sports teams' training management by combining with these factors.The main research conclusions are mainly reflected in the following aspects.The current situation of training and management of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in Shenyang includes the following aspects:(1)The current projects of high-level sports teams are more reasonable and the management and organization system are more complete;the basic situation of coaches and their coaching experience basically meet the needs of the current sports teams,athletes come from diversified sources and channels,and individual differences exist in the overall competitive level.(2)There are strict training plans,training time and frequency in the training process,the annual training is adopted,but the times of participating in games are not enough.(3)Sports teams have formulated relevant reward and punishment measures for athletes,while the ones for coaches are still blank;the financial sources of sports training do not match the expenditure;universities have advantageous resources,and the training facilities basically meet the needs.(4)The means of medical supervision need to be improved,evaluating the effect of training management mainly depending on achievements.At present,there are some problems in the training management of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in Shenyang:(1)There is a conflict between the target positioning of the training management of sports teams and the target of athletes.(2)The level of training personnel involved is not high.(3)The contradiction between athletes' learning and training is still prominent.(4)The guarantee conditions of sports teams' training management are not complete.(5)The reflections of evaluation and supervision of training management are unreasonable.Factors influencing the training management of high-level sports teams in Shenyang universities include the following aspects:(1)From the perspective of coaches,they include goal-oriented factor,system-guaranteed factor and main personnel factor.(2)From the perspective of athletes,they include condition guarantee factor,target attitude factor,communication and feedback factor,and knowledge and skills factor.In view of the current situation,problems and influencing factors of training management,corresponding countermeasures are proposed:(1)Improve the supply system and the security system for high-level sports teams in colleges and universities.(2)Adjust the target,and always adhere to the people-oriented management concept.(3)Give play to the advantageous resources of universities and build a reasonable information feedback and evaluation system.(4)Motivate the whole staff to participate in training management and effectively alleviate the "contradiction between learning and training".
