In recent decades, with the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, our understanding on learning and learning environment has changed. People need to learn at the same time and the same place before the rising of technology enhanced learning. With the extensive using of information technology tools, we have extended the inherent limitations of learning time space; people have more and more high adaptability and acceptance to the technology enhanced learning environment. On the one hand, technology enhanced learning environment provides people more learning experience; on the other hand, in the presence of abundant learning resources, how to promote learners deep learning is the question we have to study.Encouraging deep learning is not only the demand of changing trend of learning environment, but also the demand of talent development in the new century. With the increasing development of learning resources of learning systems in the digital learning environment, we have readily available information, but were always stayed on the level of surface learning. This paper regards college students as research object, which is a group of one of most degree technology enhanced learning approach. Based on the empirical research, I put forward instructional design promoting deep learning approach.The main research work is as follows:(1) Analysis the current research condition of deep learning among domestic and foreign; summarize the current research trends and blank points, put forward the innovation of this paper;(2) According the connotation and characteristics of deep learning, combined with some learning theories, discuss the principles and strategies to promote deep learning;(3)Take a survey about the current condition of technology enhanced learning and deep learning to college students, analysis the factors affecting the deep approach of learning;(4) Design the deep learning model of technology enhanced learning environment, combined with cases to explain the structure of instruction process.
