The students’ development should be grabbed from the mostbasic knowledge, and the concepts aren’t only an integral part of the basicknowledge, but also the key to understand and master the basic principles.Butnow the concepts teaching in school is not very well. Concepts teaching still hasa lot of problems,such as the explaination is empty, jerky and difficult tounderstand.From the reality,I sort out the situation of the concept teaching athome and abroad,and make a detailed description to the instructional designtheories.Then under the instructions of the theories of teaching and the designof teaching,I summarized the suitable concepts teaching methods.During theprocess,I mostly referred to the book of “Concept Teaching”,which gives us asystematic instructional design process.Then,i selected two important conceptsfrom the PEP chemistry.The two concepts are "pure substance"and"mixture".Iattempt to design a concept course under the guidance of the systematicinstructional design.After finishing the courseware,I chose20junior high schoolstudents for my experimental subjects.Then,the students have a test,and Iinterviewed some of the students who participate in the trial.At the same time,Iinterviewed some teachers who were checked my courseware.According totheir own teaching experience and the understanding of the teachingdesign,they all gave the feedback,I appreciate that they pointed out theadvantages and disadvantages of my design.By the communicating with theteachers,I found that the concepts teaching still needs our efforts and we shouldpay attention to the teaching.In all, The research of the purpose is to provideguidance and help to the concept teaching in theory and practice.
