The development of lifelong education, the development of a learning society, is the current international trend in the development of social education, but also the future development direction of China’s education lies. The purpose of community education is to promote community building and development, through improving the quality of community members to stabilize society, lifelong education is an important componentIn recent years, the adult education community college as the main content on both the school size and educational level have been greatly developed, showing a booming trend. But there are still many deficiencies and the need to improve about community college teaching management and services. Such as teacher recruitment system caused by an irrational no guarantee the quality of education, professional setting unreasonable not to meet the social demand for talent, and so on. Therefore, Investigate of education of community college management, on this basis to identify shortcomings and suggest solutions for improving the quality of university education community, to ensure that community college health, sustainable development is of great significance.In this paper, there is a relatively comprehensive overview on the University community at home and abroad in the theory and literature, analysis of China’s current development status of community college. From Chengdu to start community college, community college in China reveals the implementation of construction, community college faculty to identify problems. By comparing the United States, Japan, the management of community college faculty contrast, community college teachers to explore the construction of our improvements.At present, there are many articles on community college, but mostly empirical research methods, studies generally focus on the perspective of school areas, for community college teachers how to strengthen and improve the construction of the analysis, and recommendations, lack of regional and macro-level research, In particularly combined with fewer economic and educational development of the region to study the practical problems. Most of the problems remain in the operational level, such as specific methods of appointment of teachers, teacher evaluation and others, the research has practical relevance, but the duplication of research; and lack of depth, there are little systematic study of literature. The scope of the study are mostly the general vocational schools, lacking of the combination of vocational schools and communities,development from the perspective of faculty specializing in community building, a lack of a specific level of economic development based on a certain area of vocational Construction of teaching staff.In this paper, making Chengdu Community University as a specific case, on the basis of foreign countries community college faculty development, from the perspective of our community college faculty building was specifically addressed.
