| With the rapid development and popularization of Internet information technology,the university student’s way of life and method of communication have changed greatly compared with the past,and the network community has gradually replaced the hierarchical organization to become a more important form of communication.In the collective construction and joint maintenance of the order of the spontaneous network community,students increasingly show a strong sense of subject,participation,independent personality,free spirit and other distinct characteristics,more and more pursuit of individual diverse needs,personality development and the realization of self-value.Obviously,there is a conflict between the social communication needs of students and the highly organized branch-level management,which makes the current student management model face many problems and challenges,forcing colleges and universities to carry out in-depth practice of student management system reform.In this context,based on the perspective of network community communication,this study discusses the reform of the current student management mode in colleges and universities,in order to provide direct reference for the practice of social student management in colleges and universities.First of all,this study combs the development process and main characteristics of student management models in Chinese and American colleges and universities,and reveals the conditions and basis of different student management models.It also summarizes the basic functions,goal pursuit,rights and obligations and other theoretical principles of student management,and defines the basic direction and framework basis for the reform of management mode.At the same time,starting with the changes of social production mode,university talent training mode and student communication mode,this paper probes into the challenges faced by the student management of colleges and universities in the network era.Secondly,this study mainly uses the interview method to conduct an empirical survey to analyze the problems existing in the management of college students under the background of the network community.it mainly includes the limitation of students’ subjectivity,the absence of service functions in the process of management,the rigid crisis of branch-level organization operation,the low degree of perfection of information construction and the professional level of managers to be improved and so on.Thirdly,this study is guided by solving the problems existing in the above-mentioned college student management,on the basis of summarizing the basic characteristics,organizational structure and operating mechanism of network community management,based on the four dimensions of top-level design,implementation system,operation path and guarantee mechanism,a more systematic social college student management model is constructed.Finally,this study investigates the feasibility of the operation mechanism of daily ideological and political education,routine affairs management,student guidance service and group practice activities,and finds that students generally have a higher degree of acceptance of the new model.It is considered that compared with the traditional model,it can better meet the needs of social communication.But at the same time,it is also found that the implementation of this model will face some obstacles,mainly reflected in that the concept of relying on those directly responsible has not been reversed,it is difficult to systematically grasp the management norms of the community,there are doubts about the right to view private data,the various relationships between the community and its members are not clarified,and the internal driving force of individual students’ participation is insufficient.In order to effectively promote the social reform of the current student management in colleges and universities,so as to ensure the steady improvement of the quality of student management in colleges and universities,this study combines the problems found in the empirical investigation with the successful experience of American colleges and universities.this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as optimizing the hierarchical student management system,improving the professional level of the management team,strengthening the information construction of student management and providing omni-directional guarantee for students’ participation. |
