Vocational education is an important part of our higher education. Since1999, the National Education Conference "vigorously develop vocational education ", higher vocational education in China booming. Vocational education is an important contribution to our people to meet the demand for public education, and train a large number of countries on socially useful high-skilled personnel.Major construction is the core of the construction of vocational colleges, is the key to the quality of personnel training, and is an important symbol to reflect the school level. How to build a distinctive meaningful major to meet the needs of the market has become a top priority of vocational development. Germany, the United States and other Western developed countries in this regard has been at the forefront. China’s Vocational Education Program is steadily developing. In this process, existing structure is not reasonable, and other features not obvious some problems.The significance of the project management is through effective programs of limited resources, the organization, and control, to achieve the purpose of the project management to ensure the achievement of project objectives.This article XX College of Tourism Management major striving hospital-level focus on major construction project as an example, describes the first XX College of Tourism Management Major Current Situation, followed by an introduction to the XX College of Tourism Management Major striving for the hospital-level focus on major construction project, and that its existence problems and shortcomings, and finally put forward a solution of the problem-the XX College of Tourism management Major project management method striving for hospital-level focus on major construction project.Our research in the field of Vocational Education Program is relatively weak, most studies only for a specific major. Project management theories, methods and models used in the study of the Vocational Education Program are very little, almost nothing. Major construction is the core of the construction of vocational colleges, played a decisive role in this process, the optimal allocation of education resources. Project management is to optimize the allocation of human, financial, material and other resources in order to achieve effective management of the organization’s objectives. Currently, there are some problems in the Vocational Education Program, and use the scientific management method as an effective way to solve the problem. In this paper, the project management of the Vocational Education Program, has some innovative research questions.This study is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction; this study introduces background on the purpose and significance of research, literature review on the ideas and methods of the study. The second part related theoretical review, review related to the Institute’s project management theory. The third part is XX College of Tourism Management Major striving for hospital-level focus on major construction project Current Situation, described the XX College of Tourism Management Major Current Situation, do introduce its striving for hospital-level focus on major construction project,pointing out the problems and shortcomings. The fourth part is XX College Tourism Management Major striving for hospital-level focus on major construction project management, personal solution for the third part of the problem-the use of project management methods to solve XX College of Tourism Management major striving for hospital-level focus on major construction project existing problems and shortcomings.The fifth part of the conclusion, draw conclusions, and also indicates the imitations of my research,and the future prospect.
