Arising from the unequal distribution of wealth gap between rich and poor is an important research topic in economics. Inequality and uneven, do not suffer from poverty and unrest. How much wealth has a direct impact on the level of social welfare of the people of, but the distribution of wealth inequality may also lead to the loss of social welfare. A certain degree of wealth inequality was reasonable and necessary to the Community contribution to the development of. But the gap is too large, and even lead to social chaos. Therefore, study of a specific country or social wealth distribution has become a very important and sensitive issue.In recent years, international scholars had come to realize a time dimension to measure the importance of the distribution of wealth. Health status of the population and life expectancy reflects the wealth of income indicators, which has implications for the study of inequality. Therefore, as reflected in mortality and life expectancy of the population of a region important indicators of health status and standard of living of the people, from the time dimension to an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of inequality. In addition, life expectancy can also be seen as a special indicator of wealth, the life is directly related to the length of the welfare of the people, therefore, Gini coefficient method can be used to study life expectancy, found inequalities in life expectancy and other features.Based on the analysis of existing experience, it can be argued that the level of economic development, health status and level of education of population increase in life expectancy and lower mortality rate has a positive effect. Environmental pollution to increased life expectancy and lower mortality rates has a negative effect. Geographical location and height above sea level also impacts on mortality and life expectancy of the population of the corresponding. This article in connection with all areas of our mortality and life expectancy of the population for the study, empirical methods, verify that the level of economic development of the regions, health status, level of education, the impact of environmental pollution and the geographical districts of mortality. Discussion in China since1991, the increase in life expectancy and lower mortality rates, and life expectancy and mortality rates of inequality of the improvements and analysis of influencing factors of mortality and life expectancy, measures and ways to identify further improvements.
