The Safety Problem Of The Middle And Primary School And Its Countermeasures In China-based On The Case Study

Campus security is an important content of the school regular management; it isrelated to the lives and safety of teachers and students. In recent years, China hassuccessively occurred many primary and secondary school massacre, campus securityhas become the focus of widespread concern. This article has researched and analyzedthese several campus tragedies, summing up the deep-seated causes of primary andsecondary schools in tragedy, putting forward its own understanding and perceptions ofcampus safety management, as well as some solutions.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the research purpose,meaning and literature review part; the second chapter expounds China’s primary andsecondary school campus security problem solving model, theory and research methods;the third chapter is the analysis of primary and secondary schools in the tragedy,respectively from the aspects of the government, schools, families and society, whichcarried out mainly on three aspects of the government reasons, the school’s own reasonsand social reasons; chapter four is the comprehensive management of primary andsecondary school campus security countermeasures; the fifth chapter is the conclusion.This paper uses case study approach, based on a number of primary and secondaryschool massacre cases, started and settled from the four aspects of the government, schools, families and society, and then conducted deep analysis of the reasons and themanagement strategy. This has certain theoretical and practical significance for a correctunderstanding and solving the problem of the primary and secondary school massacre.
