Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Campus Safety Management In Secondary Vocational Schools

Campus is the main place for students to study and live.Campus safety is the basic guarantee for school operation and is closely related to every teacher and student.In recent years,although the country attaches more and more importance to campus safety,campus safety accidents still show a trend of frequent,and show the characteristics of multiple types,rapid change and wide range.There are some differences between secondary vocational schools and ordinary middle schools in terms of the source of students,types of running schools and social cognition.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out targeted research on campus safety management of secondary vocational schools to promote the healthy and orderly development of secondary vocational schools.This study takes C School in Changsha as the research object,through questionnaire survey and interview,on the basis of sorting out the concept,characteristics,connotation,principles and functions of campus safety management of secondary vocational schools,the content and form of propaganda and education on the facilities and equipment of campus safety management of secondary vocational schools Home school cooperation and other aspects of the full investigation and research,and from the security conditions of the implementation of the policy safety education publicity attention to the degree of participation and other social factors and other aspects of the analysis.The results show that the current secondary vocational school campus safety management awareness is strong,the development of campus safety management is better,but different grades of secondary vocational students on campus safety management satisfaction differences,students Teachers and schools have different problems and reasons in campus security management.In addition,among different influencing factors,the policy implementation intensity has the highest correlation with the effect of campus security management.In this study,it is necessary to improve the effect of campus safety management of secondary vocational schools by establishing and perfecting school management system to improve the enforcement of personnel and enhance the ability of social joint governance.The results of this study will help secondary vocational schools to identify and solve the problems in campus safety management to a certain extent,provide effective solutions for the majority of secondary vocational schools to improve campus safety management,and provide reference for promoting the healthy growth of secondary vocational students and promoting secondary vocational schools to train more high-quality talents.
