Investigation And Countermeasure Research On School Bullying Of Junior Middle School Students

Campus security is the basic guarantee for students to effectively study,and the construction of a safe campus environment is an inevitable requirement for the vigorous development of the socialist education cause.Therefore,campus security has gradually become a hot issue of concern to the whole society.But in recent years,the school's bullying has taken a toll on campus security,so how to effectively prevent school bullying,to keep campus safe and secure is a social problem that needs to be solved.Junior high school students are in the critical period of physical and mental development,and their physiological development is rapid and mature.However,psychological development shows a certain imbalance,lacks the ability to distinguish between right and wrong,and is highly susceptible to adverse external environment.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on junior high school students.According to the particularity of the physical and mental development of the junior high school students,select the perspective of educational law,and selects YC Middle School in Baoding as a case study.Adopt research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and comparative analysis method.Analyze the current situation of school bullying from the perspectives of students,parents,and schools.In order to infer that the lack of correct public opinion guidance and weak legal awareness,the imperfect legal system and the imperfect campus safety management system are the main reasons for the school bullying incident.The analysis of the reasons for bullying on campus and the prevention and control measures for bullying in the United States also provide conditions for the prevention and control of school bullying in China.The countermeasures for school bullying prevention mainly come down to three aspects:First,Strengthen the guidance of correct public opinion and enhance legal awareness.Second,improve the current legal system of school bullying;Third,promote the construction of campus safety management system.School bullying is the product of youth socialization and the result of personality conflicts during the growth of adolescents.The effective solution of school bullying has important strategic significance for helping youngpeople achieve good social transformation,promote healthy growth of adolescents,and establish a safe and stable campus environment.
