The Study Of Evaluation System For Colleges And Universities Interdisciplinary Team And Countermeasures

Since the twentieth Century, the science and technology has been developed rapidly. Theintegration and cross between disciplines becomes the current characteristics of scientificdevelopment of colleges and universities. The interdisciplinary team also comes into being.Nearly three decades, Chinese scholars continue in-depth study of interdisciplinary. Whetherin theory or in practice, a lot of achievements have been made. The rapid development of ouruniversities interdisciplinary team and our personnel has made an important contribution tothe country’s economic construction and social development. The building of China’sinterdisciplinary team is still in the development stage. It causes the problem of team-building,institution building and other issues in the development of an interdisciplinary team thattraditional administrative model no longer meets the development of the interdisciplinaryteam. In order to speed up the development of the interdisciplinary team, the evaluation indexsystem of the interdisciplinary team is imperative.In this paper, adequate theoretical basis for the development of the interdisciplinary teamhas been obtained by the method of literature review. On this basis, the evaluation indexsystem has been established by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. And their importantinfluencing factors are derived from the growing levels of construction, interdisciplinary teamof knowledge sharing with the more profound. Subsequently, the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method is used to an empirical study of a university interdisciplinary team. Thedeficiencies of the building of the interdisciplinary team have been determined by the expertscoring. And what to be further optimized and improved should be proposed.This study has theoretical and practical significance. It provides a favorable basis forfuture research that a complete and targeted system of universities interdisciplinary team hasbeen established by a combination method of qualitative and quantitative.
