Harbin Engineering University Interdisciplinary Team Organization Structure Reasonability Study

With the development of science and technology, the refinement between different subjects provide fundamental to the fusion of these disciplines. Interdisciplinary research is gradually becoming the method and pathway to solve the major scientific problems. The interdisciplinary team, as the carrier of interdisciplinary research organization, is gaining more development and expansion. Many foreign scholars studied interdisciplinary research organizations from different perspectives, however, on cross-disciplinary organizational structure, scholars put more attention on characteristics of the whole organizational structure from the overall organizational structure of university interdisciplinary teams, and the literatures of discussing interdisciplinary team structure separately are not so much. This paper tries to analysis the structural factors which influence the organizational structure of interdisciplinary team in Harbin Engineering University, aims to settle the problems in the organizational structure of interdisciplinary teams in Harbin Engineering University of problems and optimize it, also hoped to provide practical material for the theory on organization structure of domestic interdisciplinary team and provides inspiration and help to the interdisciplinary teams of the other colleges and universitiesIn this paper, based on the interdisciplinary theory and organizational structure theory of universities, according to the characteristics of multi-disciplinary organization, through the interviews and questionnaires, the factors which influence the interdisciplinary team structure in Harbin Engineering University are Summarized and analyzed. This paper uses AHP, Delphi method and theoretical analysis method to establish optimized evaluation index system of interdisciplinary team structure, analysis evaluation index weights quantitatively, and put forward to the relative scientific optimization measures in the hope of giving reference and help to the building of interdisciplinary teams in Harbin Engineering University.
