In order to better deal with and solve the complexity,meet the social demand of innovative talents,countries encourage universities to actively explore interdisciplinary talent training mode,through the integration of different subject knowledge and penetration optimize students 'knowledge structure,under the cross and integration of a variety of subject knowledge,cultivate students' overall thinking ability,cross thinking ability and critical thinking ability.In addition,the state also encourages college students to spontaneously set up teams to hold "interdisciplinary practice" through innovative competitions such as the "Challenge Cup" and the "Internet +".Then,under the current training mode of setting up majors according to the subject catalogue,how do college students form an interdisciplinary team? How does the interdisciplinary innovation team of college students acquire the knowledge and integrate the interdisciplinary knowledge to achieve the team development? What impact does the formation and development of interdisciplinary innovation teams of university students have on the existing organizational operation of universities? From the perspective of organizational development,based on the interdisciplinary production theory,social network theory and project learning theory,this study adopts the qualitative research method to explore how the interdisciplinary innovation team develops and what factors will be affected in the generation and development process,and finally discuss the management strategy to promote the generation and development of college students' innovation team.In this study,two interdisciplinary innovation teams of S University were selected as research cases.These two cases were selected mainly based on the following two reasons: a)they are all interdisciplinary team,with very different results and allow comparisons;b)the "social learning online mode" research team did not get school support,and "the reality of the dilemma and future way" research team in the beginning of the school support,especially interdisciplinary human support,so to a certain extent reflect the school related support on the influence of college students' interdisciplinary innovation team.The first part,the initiation,development and dissolution process of the "social learning" research team and the "research group" research team were reviewed respectively.Through in-depth interviews with members,we can see that the "social learning" research team started from its own interests and acquired resources and explored new problems under the guidance of the tutor of the major.In the end,it did not achieve good results but gained a lot.With the support of the school Youth League Committee,the research team of the "research team" has formed a team from the mature research team system,which has innate advantages and has achieved good results in the project competition.In the second part,the influencing factors of college students' interdisciplinary innovation team are analyzed based on the review of the development process of the two teams.The internal influencing factors of the team are mainly the personal characteristics of the members and the internal interpersonal relations.Team members usually have innovative consciousness,innovative spirit and innovative ability,all team members should have active learning awareness and ability;influenced by their motivation and internal interpersonal relationship,members have the core and edge,"finding" the right interdisciplinary talent is the key to the team.The external influencing factors of the team mainly include competition policy guidance,innovation atmosphere,discipline construction,etc.Under the guidance of the competition policy,the school creates an innovative atmosphere to encourage students to carry out interdisciplinary innovation,but the competition activities are cyclical,making it difficult to sustain innovation;with the development of interdisciplinary,the school actively carries out discipline construction,but it has not yet been implemented into the curriculum system;The interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary innovation team of college students is not supported enough,and the innovation team lacks a fixed place to carry out innovation activities;the development of information technology provides a new way for the innovation team to communicate,and the rich network resources facilitate the team to acquire interdisciplinary knowledge.Finally,the research concludes that the formation and development of college students' interdisciplinary innovation team is essentially a process of knowledge integration and organizational construction interaction,and is the result of multiple factors such as personnel,funds,technology,equipment,knowledge,and systems.The motivation for the formation and development of interdisciplinary innovation teams of college students comes from the internal motivation of the team members and the external motivation outside the team,that is,the university environment.Based on this,suggestions for interdisciplinary innovation teams of college students and countermeasures for colleges and universities to further develop interdisciplinary innovation teams of college students are put forward.
