Distance education solves the learning needs in teacher-student time-space relativeseparation state, not only meet the requirement of continuing education, but also build asystem of life-long education, create a learning society. Learners, especially adult learnersmay encounter various problems in the process of distance learning, it’ll affect the learner’slearning effect. Distance learning self-efficacy evaluate learners own ability, evaluate whetherlearner can complete distance learning task smoothly. The higher learning self-efficacy, thebetter learning effect. And vise verse. So, it’s necessary to study the influence factor ofdistance learning self-efficacy.Based on the previous research, this paper designs the adult distance learnersSelf-efficacy Scale. Samples for the study of adult distance learners in Network EducationCollege. From learners demographic characteristics, supporting features, dynamiccharacteristics and strategy characteristics to statistics the factors of adult distance learningself-efficacy, and the relationship between the basis situation of adult distance learners and avarious factors of four elements. which including learner’s gender, age, marital status, learninglocation, help way,motivation, attribution style and so on. Taking together,this researchdraw the following conclusion: Adult learners’ gender, age, marital status, the level ofeducation, working experience, online learning experience of adult distance learnersself-efficacy have a certain degree of impact; Adult learners’ learning location, the way ofrecourse, the object of recourse, learning target, motivation, attribution way also haveinfluential factors on adult distance learners; In different context, learners have differentfactors in all aspects of its effect.
