The improvement of the effective study in physical education course us inevitable. Justunder the background, I am trying hard t solve the poor efficiency in tennis course through theeffective study of the public tennis lesson in universities and colleges of Dalian. And I amtrying hard to provide a wider way for the improvement of teaching efficiency.Researching methods used in this paper: document research method, logical analysis. Iinvestigate the current situation of part of the tennis elective course in Dalian, and thenanalyze the factor affecting the teaching quality of tennis course Though the study, I want toimprove the efficiency of tennis course from these five aspects: teachers, students, feedback,ground and equipment.At present, as the revolution of educational program, college student just have a physicaleducation class a week. In order t achieve the goal of physical education in colleges, theimprovement of the effective study in physical education course is inevitable. Just under thebackground, I am trying hard to solve the poor efficiency in tennis course though theeffective study of the public tennis lesion in universities and colleges of Dalian. Though theinvestigation,I find there are still hidden troubles in the tennis public course in colleges inDalian. And a lot of conditions restrict rapid growth of the tennis public course.Then Iarrange what I have learned, and analyze what I have got, and then I draw the conclusions:1. The tennis elective course in Dalian satisfies the demand and the emotion of students.It has its advantage to the development of physical quality and the achievement of theeducation goal. And it also has its advantage to connect the classroom education with the lifelong physical goal.2. We are short of tennis teachers who have special, so the limited specialized ability isthe main reason to affect the popularization of the tennis elective course of Dalian.3. There are also some factor that affect the improvement of tennis elective course incolleges in Dalian, For example, the lack of the exercise of students, the lack of tennis books,and the traditional teaching method.4. As for our students, most of them are lacked of tennis train after school and most ofthem can not decide for themselves in learning tennis. And that lead the slow improvement ofthe tennis skill. And as a result, many students lose their interest and confident in learningtennis.
