More perfect in the news media in the modern society, the campus of the university of many foreign media has been the introduction of social operation. The marketization of operation, either in theory or practice operating level have been well and social practice. The new changes on the one hand, quicken the development of the campus media itself, but also makes the news education training and practice base. But in our country, the campus media still is in a state of relatively lag, lack of social resources of injection, the overall lack of energy. Therefore, our country the whole management, operational mode and system of campus media are in the stage of exploration. In view of this, our country in recent years, some scholars begin to pay close attention to the campus media research, among them, the Renmin University of China and Zhejiang University has made the beneficial exploration in this area. But these studies mainly displays in the campus media in ideological education, information dissemination and the role of campus culture construction, did not delve into.This article take this opportunity to to the management and development of college campus media to do a thorough research. This paper, taking Jiangxi College of Foreign campus media, for example, from various angles, different levels of in-depth investigation. This article fully considered the reality of the campus market has a certain closed, starting from the particularity of the environment, analysis of how to implement meaningful open campus media, how to introduce social resources rationally, puts forward the patterns of socialization of campus media management and development strategy, by the case so as to achieve beneficial to the development of new media to help."The future of journalism belongs to the brave, update successful will be those that find a better way to meet the demand of viewers, listeners and readers company" the road to the development of the university campus media is an although twists and turns, but the path to light. Campus media in the future to do a the brave, with great energy reform, to find their own development model, through the spread of more advanced ideas and methods, to create a better campus media products, in order to gain long-term healthy development.
