| As an important part of campus culture,college campus media is an important platform for disseminating campus information and maintaining campus community.It has the function of connecting teachers and students and promoting campus cultural identity.In the era of media integration,the construction of media integration in colleges and universities has become an important task for colleges and universities.How to establish a media convergence center with strong connectivity,strong interaction and strong communication power is a practical problem facing colleges and universities.At present,the university fusion media center has received less attention from domestic researchers,and there is no research system to explore the current situation and construction path of the university fusion media center.In this context,this research focuses on the fusion media center in colleges and universities,introduces the AGIL theory in the field of sociology,and analyzes the factors affecting the construction of the fusion media center from the four dimensions of adaptation,goal,integration and dimension model,and its subsequent development.Provide possible paths.The research adopts the methods of case analysis,on-the-spot investigation and literature analysis.Through the field investigation of Wuhan University Convergence Media Center,Wuhan Shouyi College Convergence Media Center and Changjiang Yunyunshang University,we can understand the construction status,influencing factors and existing problems of university Convergence Media Center.predicament.The study found that,starting from the adaptable dimension of AGIL theory,the construction of media fusion centers in colleges and universities has the dilemma of insufficient education funds and lack of talent resources.From the perspective of the goal,the construction of the financial media center in colleges and universities has the dilemma of unclear positioning and insufficient construction goals.From the perspective of integration,there are problems in the construction of media fusion centers in colleges and universities.From the dimension of dimension model,the construction of the financial media center in colleges and universities has the dilemma of imperfect system construction and unclear value core.Faced with the above problems,the research believes that the influence of the media center should be improved from the following aspects:1.Improve external attention,attract funds and policy support;2.Improve talent training methods and strengthen professional talent construction;3.Pay attention to the media ecosystem Develop and innovate the system and mechanism of media integration;4.Maintain integration and connectivity,pay attention to the innovation of campus culture and the leading role of the value mechanism.In addition,the study proposes that for different types of colleges and universities,there can be the following three paths for the construction of college fusion media centers.The first path is to strengthen the positioning of colleges and universities and professional positioning to create characteristic college fusion media centers,and the second path is to pay attention to practicality.And multi-function,to create a functional college fusion media center,the third path is to take into account the characteristics and functions,to create a multi-functional integration of college media center.Finally,the research significance of this thesis has two points.First of all,from the theoretical point of view,this thesis studies the university’s media fusion center from the perspective of the AGIL model,effectively changing the concept and research perspective,breaking the traditional way of understanding the construction of university fusion media centers from the perspectives of journalism and communication.,enriching the existing research on media fusion.From a practical point of view,it can provide a reference path for the construction of media fusion centers in colleges and universities,help them solve the current construction difficulties,and further build an efficient and intensive campus communication system. |
