With the national economy entering the new normality,the economic structure urgently needs the transformation and upgrading,enterprises to the high-quality talent demand is intensifying,campus recruitment becomes an important means for enterprises to recruit talent.Since the implementation of university enrollment expansion policy,the university graduates have increased year by year.At the same time,the comprehensive quality of college students and the performance of the society has been uneven,especially the degree of socialization is worrying,some students cannot even adapt to the social environment for a long time.This paper probes into the composition of college students ' socialization and proposes countermeasures as the key content of academic research.In view of this,this paper chooses the research method of grounded theory in the qualitative research,researches the socialization content of college students in campus recruiting,so as to obtain the socialized structure and preference of Enterprise campus recruiting,and then provides the socialization development and training guidance for college students and universities to improve their employability.In the research content,this paper adopts the method of combining purposeful sampling and snowball sampling.With the help of text mining technology and in-depth interviews,obtaining the interview text of the campus recruiting network information and the school recruit participating staffs,on the basis of textual analysis and Comparative literature Research,constructs the university student's socialization preference structure in the Enterprise campus recruiting.The results show that the socialization structure of Enterprise campus recruitment is composed of the socialization of role cognition,moral socialization,the socialization of knowledge&skills and the socialization of professional quality and the psychological quality.Among them,the socialization of role cognition and moral socialization is related to organizational level,the socialization of knowledge and skills,the socialization of professional quality and the level of psychological quality,and enterprises pay more attention to the socialization of organizational level.Finally,based on the research results,this paper provides some suggestions on the optimization of college students' socialization training from the two aspects of career development and school employment guidance,explains the limitation and deficiency of the research,and forecasts the future research.
