With the constant improvement of the level of competitive sports in our country, fitness has become a hotspot of research on China’s competitive sports, and obtained many achievements, but overall still lags behind that of the training practice, the system has not been formed and the existing research and complete understanding.The game speed endurance quality is an important factor to decide the result of the match, in the team’s daily training is also a top priority. Hunan normal university men’s basketball team in the past CUBA, grades stay in middle level, will not come up, a large part of the reason is the difference in speed endurance quality than other team players. Therefore the significance of this study is to improve the speed of hunan normal university men’s basketball team players endurance quality, improve the results of the competition. In this paper, through literature found that basketball special speed endurance is given priority to with anaerobic power, its physiological basis mainly includes genetic acquired, for the moving load adaptability, temporarily subsided three aspects. Then, the author USES expert interview method and questionnaire survey research methods, such as, in2011-2012season,16of the CUBA basketball game analysis found that:hunan normal university man from three shots, grab rebounds, steals speed endurance index level compared with the teams in CUBA there exist gaps; On the whole team weeks training plan obviously better than the annual training plan and training plan for many years; Finally, according to the hunan normal university men’s basketball team training and competition of goals, annual speed endurance training scheme is designed. Annual training period into JiXunQi league and two cycles, each cycle is divided into recovery and reconstruction phase and maintain period three times.Through the above research results, the author puts forward the following Suggestions:first, according to the different position and duty of the players on the field, the coach should be flexible adjustment speed endurance training program. At the same time, pay attention to the training content and athletes physiological load control; Then, the basketball level of speed and speed endurance quality level and highly related to the level of aerobic endurance in training, should be the organic combination of the three; Finally, the coaches and players should be good at summing up experience from the game’s defeat, at the same time, continue to strengthen their own level of basketball theory study.
