A Research On Status And Education Strategy Of Students Party Members’ Playing A Vanguard Role In Higher Vocational Colloges

Higher vocational education is an up-rising star of the vocational education in our country. It’s the inexorable trend of the vocational education development and the knock-on certainty of the adaptation to the economic development about the talents’ multi-level needs. It’s also the important constituent part of our higher education.In the new era, the work of Party building of our country’s higher vocational education obtains a certain performance under the high attention of the Party Central Committee, especially the aspects of the political nucleus of the higher vocational colleges’ student party and the quantity of student Party members. However, along with the policy changing of the higher vocational colleges in inland, and the continuous reform and development of the higher vocational colleges themselves, the work of Party building of our country’s higher vocational colleges’ organization is faced with great challenge. Particularly, there are many problems such as how to express the exemplary and vanguard role of higher vocational colleges’ student party members.This article conducts in-depth discussions of the situation about expressing the exemplary and vanguard role of higher vocational colleges’ student party members through four parts. The first part is the introduction, which elaborates the background and significance of the topic, the research methods and the innovation points. It also puts the research questions as the center to conduct a corresponding carding and recital about the current research situation in inland. The second part, i. e. the second chapter, contains the discussion of three aspects. The fourth part, i. e. the fourth chapter, combining the.own characteristics of the higher vocational colleges’ student party members, and through the acting edge exemplary consciousness, platform setup of specific practice pathway and the relevant management system of Party branch, puts forward the countermeasure of enhancing and improving the exemplary and vanguard role of the higher vocational colleges’ student party members systematically.The main innovation point of this article reflects in setting up new platform and offering new train of thought to reclaim and innovation the work of undergraduate party building. And through expressing the exemplary and vanguard role of undergraduate party members to lead and drive the young students get promoted omnibearing in politics, studies, working and lives, it provides an effective way of the long-term education mode to realize the self-education, self-management, self-service and self-improvement.
