Research On Undergraduate Party Members' Party Spirit Education

College student members of the Communist Party of Chinaare the Communist Party's fresh blood.They will gradually become the backbone of all walks of life.College student party members are the new force of the party's career,and shoulder the great prosperity of the country's great mission.The university stage is the critical period for them to form ideological and political consciousness.Strengthening the party member's education of party spirits is helpful for the party members to form the correct outlook on life,world outlook and viewpoint of value.Under the new situation,the Party Central Committee,with the general secretary of Xi Jinping at the core,has put forward the important proposition of "comprehensively strengthen party discipline" to the whole party,which provides an effective ideological and practical guidance for the college student party members' party spirit education.In the context of strengthening party discipline,college student party members only to effectively improve the party spirit,and enhance the self-consciousness and the pertinence of the construction of party members ideology,in order to adapt to the‘'strengthening party discipline''of the party's new normal.Through applying the methods of questionnaires and individual interviews,this research conducted a realistic study of the situations of college student party members ‘Theoretical accomplishment,Political accomplishment,moral accomplishment,discipline accomplishment and behavior.The study shows that the party spirit of college student members of the Communist Party is generally good,but there are some deficiencies among college student party members in five parts of party spirit cultivation.They are displayed as the limitation of the theory,the impure motives to apply for the party membership,a deviation in moral cultivation and a serious lack of model consciousness and leading role.In view of the problems of the party spirit cultivation of college students,this research conducted an objective attribution research from dimensions,which are the background of the times and the social environment,the party organization itself,the student party members themselves.The ultimate goal of this research is to propose ways and measures to strengthen the party spirit of college student party members,and to explore the long-term mechanism of strengthening college student party members.The author puts forward four measures to solve the problem from the aspects of the status quo and the causes of the party members' party spirit cultivation,which are guiding thesocial cognition of college student party members correctly through the ideological and political work in colleges and universities;establishing education content through the reality ofcollege student members' party spirit;innovating educational methods and educational carrier,combining the theoretical education and practical education,improving the systematisms,scientificity,pertinence and effectiveness of party education in colleges and universities;building the student party branch as the ideological fighting fortsthrough the theoretical construction,system construction and style construction;and through the efforts of college students themselves to strengthen self-discipline,self-education,self-learning,so as to enhance and strengthen their own party spirit.
