Headteacher’s work reform strategy in Non-Governmental primary and secondary schools has gradually become to be focus. Change the past simple, rough, single, old, inefficient roles to achieve "good teachers and helpful friends","management initiative to service transformation","the professional work mode","collaborative work" and so on. The purpose is to improve the management efficiency and quality, in order to meet the needs of quality education. Therefore, study on the reform and development of private schools in the work, has the very strong practical significance.This article uses the literature method, collects the relevant theoretical and practical exploration of the study on headteacher’s work reform strategy in Non-Governmental primary and secondary schools. Finishing found, the perceptual knowledge of first teacher’s management of private schools is very rich, far higher than the theoretical achievements of the present, more than rational thinking, but using interviews, only the strong desire for job reforms, some action is the understanding level in the perceptual, suffer from work, study, no time and energy system survey. At present, the main problems are "the traditional concept, management over students, working enthusiasm is not high, innovation is not high, the communication is not high, the professional is not high, the lack of a high quality". The reason is mainly reflected in relatively poor environment, relatively low management level, student management more difficult, private school teacher occupation tired etc.Therefore, to meet the requirements of quality education, to play the role of private class work, the reform must do "with both hands, both hands are not loose", one is to have good job conception, namely, the innovation of student management, constructing the combination of "rigid management" and "flexible service"; the other is to have good teacher development. To actively encourage teachers to strengthen professional continuing education, strengthen the theory research ability, at the same time, improve the teacher treatment, transformation of mode competition and incentive mechanism etc.
