Universities as personnel training bases which has been transporting numerous professional and technical personnel for the market economy enterprises. The University College Logistics is both in the executive branch of another special service enterprises and in a relatively closed market conditions entrepreneurial operations to exceed the ability of the economy to solve the problem of economic capacity, and its success has been that service teachers and students of high-quality and low-cost QOS to win recognition from teachers and students, while also creating a profit. So how to make university logistics enterprise service quality and level can be continuously upgraded? According to Chinese economic reform basic value orientation, university logistics service system in recycling, we must introduce market competition mechanism. To survival of the fittest means of evaluation of student participation in supervision and management mechanisms to facilitate and improve scientific support services, information management and service satisfaction levels.
