The Research On The Problems Of Students’ Affairs Management On Non-publicly Funded Higher Vocational College In Guangzhou

As the establishment of market economy system and the reform of the higher educationsystem, the rapid development of China’s higher education, the non—publicly funded highervocational education enter a new period. Student Affairs management is an important part ofmanagement of the non—publicly funded higher vocational colleges, but at present it hasn’treally formed a systematic theory and scientific management mode. With the rapiddevelopment of non—publicly higher vocational colleges, the object of education and socialsituation have been changed. New features of the post-90generation college students, theparticularity of non—publicly funded higher vocational education, brought a lot of problemsfor the management of non—publicly funded higher vocational college. The results ofnon—publicly funded higher vocational student affairs administration also directly affect theschool’s reputation and the interests of the students. Guangzhou is the capital of GuangdongProvince, the political, economic, educational and cultural center of the province, its rapiddevelopment needs a large number of young and practical technical talents, which can befound in the higher vocational colleges. The student affairs management is the basis for thesurvival and development of higher vocational college, and it can directly affects the qualityof cultivating talents. So, we should pay attention to the chances and challenges that thestudent affairs management of higher vocational college are facing, probe deeply into subjectresearch, and find out an efficient countermeasure to solve it.Utilizing methods of literature analysis, comparative research, questionnaire, and dataanalysis, through comparison and analysis of domestic and foreign student affairsmanagement experience and related theory, this paper analyses the problems of studentaffairs management in Guangzhou non—publicly funded higher vocational colleges. Andborrowing from domestic and foreign student affairs management experience, according to itsown characteristics, this paper carries out the new unique and effective student affairsmanagement in Guangzhou non—publicly funded higher vocational colleges, and putforward a few countermeasures to Solve the existing problems. It is hoping that morescholars and experts would pay more attention to the non—publicly funded higher vocationalcolleges to enable its development healthier and better.
