In2001, China carried out a new round of the basic educationreform and the promulgation of the new curriculum standard, and thepromulgation of the " Chinese course standard of compulsory education(2011Edition)"clearly pointed out that students should haveindependent reading ability and learn to use a variety of reading methods.And after that, they should gain abundant accumulation and a good senseof language, pay attention to emotional experience, capabilitydevelopment experience and understanding. Students can read the dailynewspaper and magazines, preliminary appreciate the literary works,enrich their spiritual world as well as read books with simple classicalChinese. Reciting excellent poetry240is also required. Nine years ofextracurricular reading should be in total more than400words." The newcurriculum standard also pointed out to pay attention to students’ reading.Our school is dedicated to a " children’s Literature" characteristiccampus, advocating "let the students read infiltration of childhood ". Theexperimental classes hope to carry out rich and colorful reading practicein this favorable condition. This paper is based on the background, andhope to affect children’s literature reading activities, especially how tochange the construction of the atmosphere of a class.In order to understand the change in the reading class constructionpractice in the development of children’s literature, a class of the fifthgrade our school--Baotou Qingshan District Gglorious Road PrimarySchool--carried out a variety of reading activities. Through the activities,according to the performance of our students in the class, we observedand analyzed their changes. From these activities, I carried out substantialresearch about children’s literature reading, revealed the relationship between the practice and the class construction. Through collecting theresearch materials, this paper starts from the three aspects of my research:to start with, to know the present situation of class atmosphere, I carriedout a survey of a key class before the activities, describing the readingactivities in details. In addition, the description of the three activities isadded into this paper, namely are:" Little Drama "," Reading ","Reading Appreciation ". What’s more, I carry out the detailed descriptionand analysis of students changes in activity observed during the study,and the activities change after the communication between teachers andstudents, and the students got improved. This paper described therelationship between the reading of our children and the construction ofthe atmosphere of the classes, and the effects from the act of the students.This paper has four parts. The first chapter mainly shows thebackground, reasons, theoretical basis, practical basis and the researchmethods applied in the content. The second chapter, tells the preliminaryinvestigation in the key class. By doing these, we can know the situationof study atmosphere of the key class and the condition of students’reading skills. The third chapter recorded the process of the readingactivities and various changes of the students in the key class. The fourthchapter showed us the deep changes in the class after the readingactivities, and from the children’s literature reading practice, the chapterdrew a conclusion about the relationship between the Children’s literaturereading and the construction of the atmosphere in a class.
