With China’s rapid economic deve lopme nt, the Institute of P hys ica l Educationcareer was a leap forward cutting. Univers ity Stadium as one of the important carrierof college phys ical education facilities, plays an irreplaceable role in the CollegePhys ical Education. The colle ge stadiums not only to assume itself the task ofteaching, and the surrounding res idents, but also bear in today’s fitness activities tocarry out a co mprehens ive fitness activities and competitio ns task.With the increase in state investme nt in education, the college gymnasi um andwill certa inly showing more broad prospects for develop ment. However, due to thelack of sound, syste matic mechanis m for the the university stadium pla nning, design,constr uction, use and manage me nt has not yet formed a scientific a nd completetheoretica l syste m and method of operation. The overall p la nning of the universitystadium constr uction and use o f manage me nt is still worth cons ider ing. How to speedup colle ge sports venue construction and renovation, it is increasingly ur gent andimportant. Therefore, at this stage, looking for a systematic, scie ntific research but topromote the develop ment o f the college gymnasium imperative.Architectura l design, however, we tend to draw a lot of renderings to show afterthe comp letion o f the expectations after the comp letion o f the b uilding from d ifferentangles to shoot good photos, but these are only architect in the eyes of the build ing,and do not represent the majority of use those views. Build ing the actual input b ut donot know how to use...... the reality of the s ituatio n is o ften not the same and wedesigned, because the architect does not take into account a ll the factors... a build ingis a comp lete syste m, This s ystem genera lly cons ists of four processes: constr uctionplanning stage, the architectura l design stage, constr uction stage and after thecomp letion o f the stage. Construction pla nning, building design and constructionphase of o ur attentio n, as the longest span of time build ing use phase is oftenoverlooked by people, the process of us ing a large part of the proble ms are derivedfro m the first three stages. Build ing e va luation is a feedback mec hanis m, its focus onusers and use of the process, and use feedback to other stages, forming a virtuouscirc le system.Sustainable Deve lopme nt for the univers ity gymnasium, select Huna n Univers ityGymnasium for use after the eva luation study, I wis h to make use evaluation syste m for college stadium. Exp lore the proble ms in the co llege gymnas ium applicatio ns withroot causes in order to optimize the measures recommended. And the results fed backto the decis ion-makers, des igners and mana geme nt follow-up stadium constructio n.Taking all these factors, this paper, in recent years the rise of a morecomprehe ns ive project evaluation syste m "a fter use evaluation (POE) user satis factionrating of Hunan Univers ity Gymnas ium as a starting point, architectura l des ign studycolle ge gymnas ium. By this method can effective ly test the defic ienc ies in theunivers ity gymnas ium build ing design a nd provide the basis fo r future improve ments,new colle ge stadium project at the same time provide a theoretica l reference forarchitects to provide learning opportunities to the users of the build ing.
