Study On The Site Utilization Of Hangu Gymnasium In Tianjin Binhai New Area

After entering the 21 st century,with the establishment of a series of international sports events in China,a certain number of large-scale sports stadiums have been built,and the stadium area of China has reached a new historical height.The implementation of the "National Fitness Program Outline" and the continuous deepening of people's pursuit of high-quality and healthy living concepts,stadium venues have increasingly become an important place for sports training,sports competitions and people's scientific fitness.However,due to the current operation and management mode of the stadium,the operating environment of the venue,the function setting,and the degree of openness,the stadium has a single function,the use of the venue is low,and the sports resources are idle.As a concrete representation of the mass fitness providers and stadium resources,Hangu Gymnasium is obliged to provide social sports services such as fitness,training and fitness equipment and equipment to the public.This paper uses a variety of research methods to study and analyze the site utilization of Hangu Gymnasium is relatively full,but the utilization quality is not high;the social benefit of the site utilization of Hangu Gymnasium is better than the economic benefit;the site utilization of Hangu Gymnasium is relatively systematic,but the level of relatively modern management is low.The Hangu Gymnasium is at a disadvantage in terms of site area,facilities,and geographical location;employees have limited learning ability,insufficient innovation ability,and poor work enthusiasm.Through the investigation and study of internal management and fitness groups,this paper analyzes the development bottlenecks and development potential of the Hangu Gymnasium in the use of the site,and proposes relevant research suggestions for improving the site utilization:1.Excavate the site resources and comprehensive utilization potential of the Hangu Gymnasium and give full play to the multi-functional properties of the venue.2.Introduce new sports programs to attract young people to participate in physical exercise,activate the fitness atmosphere,and expand the categories of people used in the venue.3.Use the news media,online new media and other promotional media to increase the promotion of the site's advantageous resources.4.Hanyu Gymnasium should actively undertake high-level sports events and high-level sports team training.5.Improve the level of intelligence and professionalism of the Hangu Gymnasium.
