The Research On Conceptualization And Measurement Of Innovative Capability Of China

At prenest, technology innovative capability is a very hot topic. What isthe technology innovation capability? In ancient and modern time, benevolentsee benevolence and the wise see wisdom. One of the most important reasons is thatthey had not understand the core interpretation of technology innovative capability，which have lead to less valuable research on measurement technologyinnovative capability.There is no scientific and effective measurement for the researchof our technology innovative capability, which could not solve the problems andobstacles when we construct and enhance technological innovative capability.In the paper, learning from the latest international theoretical results of research,we would systematically define the concept of technology innovative capability, toidentify the core of technology innovative capability, to develop new indicators ofmeasurement for innovative capability, to make a comparative study based on the dataof15cities. Finally, we draw the corresponding conclusions of thestudy. According to the conclusion, we will give the corresponding measurements andsuggestions for building an innovation-oriented country.
