The primary school "Sports and Health" course is an important stage in developing students' physical fitness and training awareness.Suzhou is a developed city in the mainland.Taipei City is the largest city in Taiwan and has a developed economy.It embodies the basic characteristics of the “Sports and Health” course in the primary school in Taiwan.Under different backgrounds,studying the basic conditions of the physical education and health curriculum in Taiwan has certain significance for improving the physical education and health curriculum in Suzhou.This article mainly uses the questionnaire survey method,comparative analysis method,interview method,and other research methods to take the "Sports and Health" course of elementary schools in Suzhou and Taipei as the research object.Through the comparative analysis of the characteristics of the physical education and health curriculum in primary schools in the two cities and in the sports The similarities and differences in the course objectives,content,structure,evaluation and effects,etc.,in order to further improve the formulation of physical education and health curriculum for primary schools across the Taiwan Strait.Effectively promote the physical and psychological development of pupils and provide a useful reference.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The course objectives of the two cities are clearly organized;both cities pay attention to the development of students as a group,students' skills in sports skills and students' awareness of sports;Suzhou City pays attention to students' mastery of sports skills in basic education.Taipei City Focus on the students' comprehensive development of motor skills while shaping the correct outlook on life.(2)The courses in the two cities are rich and diversified;both cities attach importance to the training of track and field,gymnastics,and ball sports;Suzhou City forms “one school,one product,one specialty”,and Taipei has more ball games than Suzhou City.More international.(3)The structure of the two city classes is roughly similar;both cities use a three-stage classroom teaching structure;Suzhou City formulates the content of the lesson time in proportion;Taipei City sets the health section independently for 1 lesson and is taught by a health teacher(non-sports teacher).Professor content.(4)The evaluation contents of the two cities are roughly similar;both cities use teacher evaluation methods to evaluate student learning;both cities implement the curriculum evaluation of sports and health curriculum standards and pay attention to the achievement of sports and health curriculum goals;Suzhou City pays attention to students In the final evaluation of the course,Taipei City pays attention to the students' procedural evaluation.(5)The teachers of the two cities are younger;the teachers of Suzhou City are gradually becoming younger and closer to the qualifications of postgraduates.The number of undergraduates in the Taipei City faculty is most.(6)The content,structure,and evaluation of the sports and health curriculum in both cities were highly satisfied with students.Suggest:(1)The aim of the primary and physical education curriculum in primary schools in Suzhou should focus on the development of students' skills while paying attention to the development of students' individual psychology and personality.Taipei City Elementary School curriculum can be divided into specific areas based on existing sports and health curriculum standards.(2)The content of primary school physical education and health curriculum in Suzhou should be closer to the internationalization and international sports trends in ball games,such as baseball and softball.The primary school sports and health curriculum in Taipei should carry out school-specific sports programs.(3)Both cities should organize and implement teaching in accordance with the actual situation in all aspects of teaching according to the different characteristics of physical and mental development of the three-level students.(4)Suzhou City should add self-evaluation of college students and peer evaluation methods to allow students to participate in the assessment and self-examination of their own skills in the learning content.Taipei City should make evaluation methods more standardized to promote the sports and health curriculum goals.(5)In the implementation of physical education and health curriculum in elementary schools of the two cities,teachers should pay attention to teachers' satisfaction and suggestions on the content of physical education and health curriculum,pay attention to the cultivation of the overall level of teachers,and improve the overall ability of teachers.Sports funding will make it easier to learn sports venues and equipment.
