At the same time, cultural studies for the higher vocational colleges are also mostly from the educational perspective, the lack of cultural perspective.This paper takes Hunan Industry Polytechnic as a case investigate and analyse on the present situation of the college culture construction in the perspective of culture ecology though questionnaire survey and field investigation, find out the college culture motivation and action steps, and then deconstruct campus cultural into spirit culture, material culture, system culture and behavior culture. Additionally, deconstruct spirit culture into education idea and education inheritance, deconstruct material culture into identification of cultural and environment of cultural, deconstruct system culture into organization structure and management system, deconstruct behavior culture into leadership behavior, teaching behavior and learning behavior. Through the analysis and the summary, exploring the rich connotation of college cultural system in the real school scene, then reconstruct the benign college cultural ecology, make education back into the consciousness of life, exhibit the humanistic concern of education, to promote the sustainable development of students, teachers and school, and then explore ways and means of cultural construction in Higher Vocational Colleges. it has a very important theoretical and practical significance.
