In 2006,ministry of finance and ministry of education officially launched the national higher vocational college demonstration project,which is called project 211 in higher vocational colleges.It is hoped that through the construction of 100 national demonstrative higher vocational education colleges and universities,the teaching quality,educational strength and management level of professional education can be improved.The reform and development of higher vocational education should be promoted so that higher vocational education can adapt to and meet the needs of economic development,strengthen management ability and improve management level,so as to improve the overall level of Chinese vocational education,and form a complete higher vocational education management mode and teaching mode in line with China's national conditions.In recent years,with the support of the state,higher vocational colleges have been reforming and developing rapidly.From the current situation,the development of such institutions has achieved good results,highlighting that the school strength,training and output quality have been significantly improved,and its leading and driving role has become more obvious.However,the late establishment of these institutions,and the theory of weak support,in the actual development of defects.Therefore,after the national model school experience,has entered the "post-demonstration" construction period.How to effectively enhance the comprehensive school-running strength and better display the demonstration effect is a problem that needs to be paid attention to.This paper introduces the Shenyang vocational and technical college of the construction of "demonstration" after research background,significance and related experts at home and abroad,by tracing the Shenyang vocational and technical college internship,interview survey,SWOT analysis was carried out on the construction of the national scheme,careful analysis of the status quo and problems of the construction of the higher vocational colleges,the school put forward the Shenyang vocational and technical colleges play a "demonstration" effect,need to rely on teaching advantages,promote fusion education;Relying on regional economic development and extending the development of professional groups;Relying on the national policy support,enhance the enterprise cooperation intention;Relying on high employment rate to enhance competitiveness and reputation;The development strategy of improving the quality of teachers based on the demand of talent cultivation.Provide feedback information for the demonstration higher vocational colleges in Liaoning province and other regions as well as the higher vocational colleges who are applying for the "high level colleges,high level majors" or "double high" projects.
