The industry-education integration,as the effective method of innovation and development of economic industry,is the current development direction of higher vocational colleges.In the recent decade,higher vocational education has constantly experienced the process of practical exploration for industry-education integration.The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,promulgated by state council in Feb.2019,put forward that vocational education will be transformed from referring to the general education model to the type of education with distinctive professional characteristics involving social participation of enterprises.It is an important signal to deepen the integration of industry and education,promote the organic connection of education chain,talent chain,industrial chain and innovation chain,which is an urgent requirement to boost the supply-side structural reform of human resources.With the deepening reform of vocational education,the industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges has proceeded into the stage of in-depth exploration under the background that the government of Guangxi issued the Implementation Opinions of the General Office of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Deepening the Industry-education Integration.This paper,on the basis of consulting plenty of policy literatures and research literatures and other relevant materials,uses methods including literature research,investigation research and case study to primarily illuminates the basic concept and core connotation of industry-education integration,and selects triple helix model theory and stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis of countermeasure research.Then this paper elaborates the current basic situation of the development of industry-education integration in Guangxi higher vocational education,through the analysis of number,layout,specialty setup,industrial structure,and school-enterprise multiple school-running mode.Based on analysis of current situation and theoretical research,through using questionnaire and other methods,this paper comprehensively combs the existed main problems of industryeducation integration in Guangxi higher vocational colleges such as the weaknesses on interest match of subjects,innovation power,resultant force,and cooperative mechanism.With the case study on performance of industry-education integration in College X,in order to deepen the interest relationship between college and enterprise,improve the innovation ability of college,strengthen the function of resultant and construct relevant guarantee mechanism of industry-education integration,this paper as well puts forward several feasible countermeasures on how to carry out indepth and enduring industry-education integration in Guangxi higher vocational colleges to better serve development of Guangxi social economy.This paper is divided into five sections following below:The first section,"introduction" contains the background and research significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods.The second section,"theoretical basis of industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges",analyzes the basic concept and core connotation of industry-education integration,as well as illustrates the basic connotation of ternary structure theory and stakeholder theory as the theoretical research basis of this paper.The third section,"the status analysis of the industry development and industry-education integration in Guangxi higher vocational colleges",based on the present macro conditions of the industrial structure and industry development in Guangxi,analyzes further the current sharp slow growth of the primary industry in Guangxi,imbalanced development in the secondary industry,and talent demand conditions for the tertiary industry economy contribution rate rapidly growing industry under the current situation of the development trend of industrial transformation.Moreover,according to the current number and geographical distribution of the higher vocational colleges,the matching situation of speciality setup and industry layout,school-enterprise multi-running pattern and so on,this section is aim to indicate the main issues under industry-education integration in Guangxi,such as conflict between higher colleges layout and regional economic development,and incoordination between speciality setup and industrial developing trend.Finally,by questionnaire and other methods,the main problems in industry-education integration in Guangxi higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of effective matching of main interests,the lack of innovation motivation,the lack of joint efforts and the imperfect cooperation mechanism,are scientifically sorted out.The fourth section,"the countermeasures to promote the industry-education integration in Guangxi higher vocational colleges",through combining the case study of industry-education integration in College X,and the four excavated problems,this section proposes to seek schoolenterprise interest convergence by integrated cultivation between curriculums and certificates,building and sharing mutually teacher teams,co-constructing and sharing productive practical bases etc.,in order to connect accurately school-enterprise connotation.Through innovative pattern of scientific research cooperation and guarantee of scientific innovative ability,this section proposes to strengthen R&D cooperation and the capacity for scientific research,in order to improve innovative drive force.Through the establishment of "school,government,industry and enterprise" three-dimensional interworking mode of talent training and in-depth cooperation to carry out social services,this section proposes to build the school,government,industry and enterprise multilateral cooperation,in order to form the integration of industry and education.Through improving the quality evaluation mechanism and work coordination mechanism and other related operating mechanisms,this section proposes to ensure the industry-education integration "blossom" and other specific measures.The fifth section,“conclusion”.
