Since the1980s, economic globalization has pushed the internationalization of higher education to a climax:the trend to go abroad, international education, international academic exchange and cooperation, and the frequent movement of educators and researchers from country to country. Cross-border education, as an important way to the internationalization of higher education in China, can be divided into two types:Sino-foreign cooperative education and running school outside of China. Due to continuous expansion of opening up areas and deepening of educational reform, Sino-foreign cooperative education in China, which began in1990s, has developed rapidly--school sizes have been expanded, school levels have been raised, and running modes have been diversified. It has become a new form of foreign exchange and cooperation in our education, and also a new way to accelerate the training of talents needed in the construction of socialist modernization.This paper, with the students in Hunan province Sino-foreign cooperative education program (the students in International College, Hunan Agricultural University as a case) as the research object, analyses the causes of students’ weariness of studying, explores the source of it, then seeks to the effective means in line with the characteristics of these students, so as to relieve weariness, improve learning efficiency and enhance the education quality.The paper is divided into three parts:the first part is about the research background, that is, the arising and development of Sino-foreign cooperative education; the second is about the definition of the concept "weariness of studying", and the behavior analysis on these students; the third is about the related influencing factors, including personal, family, school, social factors and negative factors of peers.Based on the above factors, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures from five aspects.First:strengthen physical training of the students to ensure the healthy development of body and mind; give full play to students’ key role, correct their learning attitudes and help them form correct self-evaluation and learn to be responsible for their own behavior; enhance cognitive ability and develop effective learning strategies; enhance self-efficacy; cultivate their achievement motivation; help them learn to solve problems by using the theories of psychology; cultivate their interest in English and professional study.Second:improve the professional talent development plan and scientific teaching evaluation system; strengthen the construction of teachers’ team, give full room for teachers to show the glamour brought by knowledge and personality, and enable them to manage classroom teaching effectively; teach students in accordance with their aptitude, promote their independent development; provide learning resources to create a good learning atmosphere; instruct the graduates in further education and employment.Third:improve the quality of the parents; create a harmonious family atmosphere.Fourth:improve the campus environment, focusing on stability; highlight spiritual civilization, including relieving the negative effects of mass media.Fifth:encourage students to live in harmony, exchange emotionally and supervise and help mutually in study and life.The above measures will relieve and eliminate the weary mood of studying, so as to help students improve the learning efficiency and become excellent in the university.
