Background and objective: Today the researches of exercise's effects on cognitive function in brain regulation have gradually transformed from only paying attention to the quantitative features of the motion to not only pay attention to the quantitative characteristic of the movement and to the influence of the qualitative features of cognitive function at the same time. John Reddy?John Ratey?,the professor of Harvard University of medicine and the founder of global SPARK plan, published the Spark:the revolutionary new science of exercise and the braina.Enlightened by the book, it evaluates and examinates what effects the group exercises of " 1600 m running + yoga " have on brain's functions through the related potential index, which is compared with the results of " 1600m+1600m running ".Objects and methods: 35 healthy female students?non-professional sports?,selected from the Changqinghu Lake Campus of Shandong Normal University as subjects, are assigned into the experimental group of 20 and control group of 15 randomly.Through longitudinal study,the observation of potential index related to the 1600 m running and Yoga before and after the combination of exercise lasted 6 weeks and were compared with the control groups.The researches of eventrelated intex are completed by Brain Vision Analyzer made by Germany,using modified Flanker paradigm.Four kinds of stimulation are: "> > > > >"?S1?, the "< < < < <"?S2?, the "< < > < <"?S3?, "> > < > >"?S4?.Datas are collected through the eeg amplifier Nu Amps and finally analyzed by Brain Vision Analyzer User Manual as of software version 2.1.0 The latency, amplitude and the correct reaction time and accuracy of P300 of ERPs are used as the main evaluation index of cognitive function.Results: 1,Behavioural indicators: the experimental group and early control group were not significantly different in the correct reaction time and accuracy of measurement, and two groups are homogeneous samples. There are not differences in reaction time and accuracy measurement between experimental group before it and after 6 weeks,and so 8 weeks after test but significant differences in accuracy; Control group measured before it and 6 weeks after the test are different not in the correct reaction time but in accuracy, and 8 weeks after the test they are not different in the correct response but in accuracy; 6 weeks after the test, only the control group is significantly different in accuracy, 8 weeks after the test, the two groups have significant differences in accuracy, so that " 1600 m running + yoga " exercise and "1600 m + 1600 m running" exercise has increased significantly in the accuracy,but the effects "1600 m + 1600 m running" are faster.2, According to the dates of eventrelated potential :?1? measuring time factors showed: incubation period: two basic measurements >sixweeks after the test > eightweeks after the test; latency period of P300 is narrowed; Two groups in the base of P300 amplitude < 6 weeks after measuring amplitude < 8 weeks after measuring amplitude; the universality of the effect seems to be present for the motion.?2? the electrode factors showed that: the factors affect the latency electrode of P300 most significantly, and the latency periodof P300 in the occipital O1, O2,Oz, is less than in the top area of P3, Pz, P4 and is less than in the frontal zone of F3, Fz, F4 and is less than central C3, Cz, C4 P300. This result seems to demonstrate that the basic order of information processing in the brain may be occipital area to the top area to the frontal area, central region, in line with the basic theory of information flow in the brain circulation. The factors that affect the P300 amplitude electrode was also significant. Electrode C3, Cz, C4, P3, Pz, P300 amplitude than F3 of P4, Fz, F4, O1, O2,Oz, and thus it can be seen that the P300 amplitude of the central and the top area is greater than the frontal area and occipital area, and Cz P300 amplitude is greater than that of C3 and C4, Pz P300 amplitude is greater than the P3, P4, so it is concluded that the most obvious area of P300 amplitude is the central region and the roof area, and the P300 amplitude on the midline of is longer than that on both sides of it.?3? According to the results of sixweeks training and basic measurement :in the experimental group, the P300 latency period of F3 electrode point is obvioualy different in the stimulate type of S3, S4, which is displayed by the extending incubation period after six weeks.P4 electrode point of P300 amplitude type have significant differences on the stimulus S1, characterized by lower volatility. According to two kinds of exercise lasting six weeks have certain difference on the influence of P300. The scalp point location is different, therefore the incubation period may be longer or shorter.?4? Comparison between twoweeks recovery?after eightweeks test?and the basic measurement shows: the experimental group P300 latency period of O2 electrode point type has significant differences on the stimulus S4, in which the incubation period is shorten. Control point P300 latency period of P3 electrodes is different in the type of stimulus of S1 and S2,P300 latency period of Oz electrode point in the S3 stimulus types, to shorten the incubation period;P300 amplitude of Pz electrode point has significant differences in stimulating types on the S3, S4; P300 amplitude type of C3 electrode point has significant differences on the stimulus S1; P300 amplitude of P3 electrodes is also different on S1, S3 and S4;Pz electrode point of P300 amplitude in S1, S2, S3, S4 stimulus types have significant differences, P4 electrode point of P300 amplitude in S1 and S3 stimulus types have significant differences, O1 electrode point of P300 amplitude type have significant differences on the stimulus S4, Oz electrode point of P300 amplitude in S1, S3, S4 stimulus types have significant differences, O2 electrode point of P300 amplitude on the S3, S4, stimulating types have significant differences, characterized by lower volatility.Conclusion: effects of two kinds of exercise on P300 has certain universality and it showed a certain effect after phenomenon. The effects of combinations of two movements on the P300 also show some differences in performance, task, stimulation electrode position and quantity, the P300 index and the latency changes etc.. But no matter from the behavioral indicators and P300 indicators, or from the stimulus and scalp distribution, the effect of " 1600 m running + Yoga" combination exercise is less than that of "1600m+1600m running exercise".The six weeks of exercise interventions, compared with long-term training to achieve the desired effect of exercise interventions, is too short.It is recommended that researchers try to do exercise intervention for longer in order to get closer to the experimental results in the future.
