| Background: Traditional Chinese medicine has made unique achievements in adjusting the physical and mental health of the human body.In recent years,the health status of college students has gradually declined.The sub-health status of college students is closely related to the biased physique,and female college students account for the majority of the biased physique group of college students,of which the majority are female students with yang deficiency and qi deficiency.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine constitution,different types of traditional Chinese medicine constitution show their own personality and psychological characteristics,which are related to the cognitive function of the brain.Researchers mostly study the influence of sports on biased physique from the perspective of body shape and function,but seldom study the influence of sports on cognitive function of biased physique and the cognitive differences of different biased physiques from the perspective of cognition.Event-related potential(ERP)is an important means to study and evaluate the cognitive function of the brain,providing a more intuitive theoretical basis for people to explore the cognitive function of the brain.Previous studies have found that sports can improve the physical condition and improve the cognitive function of the brain.As a widely developed sports,basketball has many advantages such as convenience and fitness.Based on the above research,is there any difference in cognitive function among people with different traditional Chinese medicine constitutions?What cognitive changes do people with different traditional Chinese medicine constitutions exhibit under basketball intervention? Are there any differences in their cognitive changes?These issues require in-depth research.Purposes:(1)To explore the differences of cognitive function among female college students with the qualities of peace,yang deficiency and qi deficiency.(2)By studying the impact of basketball on the traditional Chinese medicine constitution and cognitive function of female college students with calmness,yang deficiency,and qi deficiency,this study explores the changes and differences in cognitive function of female college students with different types of traditional Chinese medicine constitution under basketball intervention,providing reference for whether basketball is suitable as a prescription for exercise brain health.(3)Through the research on the cognition of people with different types of TCM constitution,we can further explain the individual psychological characteristics of TCM constitution,explore the relationship between TCM constitution and cognitive function,and provide psychological and cognitive support for the further study of TCM constitution.Methods: This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics.A total of 52 female college students with the characteristics of calmness,yang deficiency and qi deficiency were selected from 223 undergraduate non-physical education freshmen in Changqinghu Campus of Shandong Normal University by filling in the "Body Quality Table of Traditional Chinese Medicine".Finally,37 subjects(9 in the calmness group,14 in the yang deficiency group and 14 in the qi deficiency group)completed the eight-week basketball training.The conversion score of the Chinese medicine body mass scale was used to evaluate the Chinese medicine physique.The ERP P300 was used as the cognitive function test index before and after the training.The NDI-200 EMG evoked potential instrument produced by Shanghai Haishen Medical Co.,Ltd.was used,and the visual oddball stimulation mode was selected.The relevant indexes were tested before the training(0 weeks),during the training(4weeks),and after the training(8 weeks).The collected data were sorted and analyzed using SPSS20.0,The longitudinal tracking and horizontal comparative study were conducted on three groups of subjects with different TCM constitution types.Results:(1)In the change of ERP P300 index in the placid group.In the change of reaction time,after 4 weeks of training,the reaction time at Fz and Pz points was significantly shortened(p<0.05),after 8 weeks of training,the reaction time at Cz points was significantly shortened(p<0.05),and the reaction time at Fz and Pz points was extremely significantly shortened(p<0.01).The latency of Fz point decreased significantly after 4 and 8 weeks of training(p<0.05).In terms of amplitude change,the amplitude of Fz and Pz points increased significantly after 4weeks of training(p<0.05),the amplitude of Cz points increased significantly after 8 weeks of training(p<0.05),and the amplitude of Fz and Pz points increased significantly(p<0.01).(2)In the change of ERP P300 index in Yang-deficiency group.On the change of reaction time,after 4weeks of training,Fz point reaction time was significantly shortened(p<0.05),after 8 weeks of training,Fz point reaction time and Pz point reaction time were significantly shortened(p<0.05),and at the same time,Pz point reaction time was also significantly shortened(p<0.05)in the change from 4 weeks to 8 weeks of training.No significant changes were found in the incubation period during training(p>0.05).In terms of amplitude change,the amplitude of Cz point decreased significantly after 8 weeks of training(p<0.05),which also occurred in the change from 4 to 8 weeks of training(p<0.05).(3)In the change of ERP P300 index in the qi deficiency group.In the change of reaction time,after 4 weeks of training,the reaction time at Cz point was significantly shortened(p<0.05),and after 8 weeks of training,the reaction time at Fz and Cz point was significantly shortened(p<0.01).As for the change of latency,after 4 weeks of training,the latency of Pz point increased significantly(p<0.01),after 8 weeks of training,the latency of Cz point increased significantly(p<0.05),and the latency of Pz point increased significantly(p<0.01).In terms of amplitude change,the amplitude of Cz and Pz points increased significantly after 4 weeks of training(p<0.05),and the amplitude of Fz,Cz and Pz points increased significantly after 8 weeks of training(p<0.05).(4)In the comparison of ERP P300 index in the same week between different TCM constitution groups.During the pre-test,there was a significant difference between the calm quality group and the Qi deficiency quality group in the reaction time at Fz and Pz points(p<0.05),which showed that the response time of the calm quality group was significantly higher than that of the Qi deficiency quality group,and no significant difference was found in the comparison of the latency and amplitude between the groups(p>0.05).At the 4th week of the test,there was a significant difference in the latency of Fz point between the Yang-deficiency qualitative group and the Qi-deficiency qualitative group(p<0.05).The latency of the Qi-deficiency qualitative group was significantly higher than that of the Yang-deficiency qualitative group.There was no significant difference in the response time and amplitude between the groups(p>0.05).At the 8th week of the test,there was a significant difference(p<0.05)in the latency of Fz point between the Pinghe-qi group and the Qi-deficiency group.The latency of the Qi-deficiency group was significantly higher than that of the Pinghe-qi group.There was no significant difference(p>0.05)in the response time and amplitude between the groups.(5)In the comparison of ERP P300 index changes between different TCM constitution groups.There was a significant difference(p<0.05)in the difference of Fz and Pz point reaction time between the Pinghe quality group and the Qi-deficiency quality group at 0 to4 weeks,that is,the decrease of the reaction time of the Pinghe quality group at 0 to 4 weeks was greater than that of the Qi-deficiency quality group,and this difference also appeared in the difference of Pz point reaction time between the Pinghe quality group and the Qi-deficiency quality group at 0 to 8 weeks.Conclusions:(1)Basketball can improve the biased physique of female college students and reduce the dimensional scores of yang deficiency and qi deficiency.(2)There are differences in the cognitive function of female college students with the qualities of peace,yang deficiency and qi deficiency.(3)Basketball has a positive effect on the improvement of brain cognitive function of female college students with the qualities of peace,yang deficiency and qi deficiency,but there are differences in the changes of ERP P300 indicators.(4)The improvement effect of basketball on the reaction time of female college students with moderate temperament is better than that of female college students with yang deficiency and qi deficiency.Suggestions:(1)In view of the fact that basketball can improve the biased physique and improve the cognitive function of the brain,it is suggested that female college students take basketball as one of the best sports programs for brain and body building.(2)Given that there are certain differences in cognitive function among female college students with mild,yang deficient,and qi deficient qualities,it is recommended to consider their traditional Chinese medicine constitution when studying ERP P300 among female college students.
